My friend is giving me the skinny on the chickens—their feeding and laying schedule and everything you need and don’t need to know.

Thanks to my local farmer buddy, a dear friend and fellow UVA grad, we have the best eggs available for baking, dying and decorating, and even hunting, if there are ever any left from cooking.
