It Doesn’t Have to Look Good to Taste Good!

These potatoes look like a plate of funky peanuts, but these salt encrusted potatoes boiled in a large pot of salt water created by a box of kosher salt poured in it, are yummy when lifted out of the salt, dried on a wired rack, speared with a toothpick then dipped into sour cream and fresh chives! Baby new potatoes work and look better than fingerlings! Give ‘em a try!

These potatoes look a bit nutty—literally, but in truth, they are supposed to look like this.

Then there is my raspberry meringue torte. It may not look perfect, but the taste buds can still be delighted!

And one more—this total failure was still finger-licking good like eating a ‘s’more!
